Meet Suzanne
Founder & Designer
I founded By the Bay Interiors in 1998 and have been working with families to create beautiful and comfortable homes in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Naples, Florida ever since. My love for design started at a young age when I discovered that paint could transform any room! Growing up in an old home, I fell in love with the unique character of moldings, intricate details, and beautiful kitchens.
For me, kitchens hold a special place - I believe they are the heart of every home, where families come together to share and create lasting memories. This belief guides my approach to design, infusing warmth, functionality, and timeless elegance into every project.
I currently reside in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where I am constantly inspired by the bay. My design approach merges calming oceanic elements with understated elegance, reflecting the serene coastal living aesthetic.
